Develop Standardized Industry-Relevant Curriculum (Aligned to NSQF)

  • Co-created curriculum with Care Foundation and Pratham to deliver industry-relevant skills in MEP and Flat Knitting Machine Programming trades.
  • The standardized curriculum has enabled trained technicians to secure jobs with an average salary of ₹15000+/-

Implement Industry-Linked Courses

  • Partnered with 4 leading organizations to offer 5 specialized skill programs, successfully training 797 youth for industry-ready careers.
  • In FY26, 70% of graduates are gainfully employed, earning an average salary of ₹14000+ and placed with organizations such as Clara India, More Hyper, Swastick
  • Trained 306 AA students which represents 38% of total trainees

Promote Equitable Participation of Women

  • Driving gender equity by training 63 women in technical trades such as Electrical, MEP, Flat knitting and Solar Technicians, fostering inclusion in traditionally male-dominated sectors.

Before:

Issak, son of a watchman earning ₹7,500/month, had to drop out after Intermediate due to financial hardship.

After:

Through Welding & Fabrication training, Issak secured a job at Faber Sindoori earning ₹19,000/month with benefits — tripling family income and ensuring stability.

From unemployed youth to skilled professional — vocational training changed his life

Sumit - From Struggles to Success

From Struggles to Success

Before:

Sumit worked long hours at a local hotel in Pilani, earning low wages with no financial security.

After:

Through Electrical + Solar Training, Sumit gained technical skills and confidence. He now earns ₹24,700/month in a stable job — transforming his family's future.

Impact:

From a low-paid hotel worker to a skilled professional, Sumit's journey proves how vocational training creates sustainable livelihoods

Key Plans & Achievements

Improving School Infrastructure and Enhancing Teaching Aids

  • Established computer labs and SMART classrooms benefitting 730 students, provided mid-day meal to 180 students, collectively strengthening digital access, hygiene, nutrition and school attendance.

Preserving Traditional Dance Form

  • In collaboration with NCPA, supported two traditional dance forms, ensuring continuity of cultural heritage through structured mentorship by 2 gurus and 5 students, safeguarding intangible cultural assets and promoting their transmission to future generations.

Economic Empowerment of Communities at Project Locations

  • Delivered targeted digital and financial literacy awareness sessions in predominantly tribal regions, on track to empower 1,000 individuals by 31st March 2026.
  • Achieved measurable capability gains: 92% of beneficiaries trust formal banking, 85% use digital navigation tools, 93% demonstrate correct Aadhaar and PAN awareness
  • Enabled direct access to government entitlements, with beneficiaries applying for 9 schemes, resulting in ₹31.21 lac of cumulative benefits.
The program creates lasting behavioral change, strengthens financial inclusion, and ensures efficient linkage to public welfare systems, delivering high-impact outcomes with scalable potential.

Change Story

From Aspiration to National Stage

Before:

Soumya Bose always dreamed of mastering Odissi dance, but family responsibilities and financial constraints forced him to pause his journey.

After:

Through UMPESL and NCPA's scholarship and training support, combined with guidance and mentoring from his Guru, Soumya reignited his passion and accelerated his learning.

Impact:

Today, his dedication has taken him to a national platform — on November 13, 2025, Soumya auditioned for DD Odisha, performing two classical pieces:

  • Bilahari Pallavi (pure dance)
  • Aahe Neela Saila (abhinaya)

The recording has been sent to DD New Delhi, and results are awaited. This achievement is not just Soumya's — it's a testament to how access to opportunities transforms lives and preserves India's cultural heritage

Support Cancer Patients with Care and Treatment

  • Through targeted cancer care programs, we bridged critical health gaps for vulnerable populations by enabling early detection and timely treatment, supporting 1,490 individuals with diagnostic tests and 73 patients with treatment interventions

Support Congenital Heart Surgeries

  • Successfully facilitated 6 congenital heart surgeries in partnership with the Rotary Club, saving lives and improving long-term health for children with critical condition

Restore Community Water Bodies

  • Initiated water conservation projects in 4 water-stressed villages of Dharashiv district, creating 72,750 KL water harvesting capacity to recharge groundwater, boost agricultural productivity, and reduce distress migration among 7000+ villagers

Achieve 2 PCVH (Per Capita Volunteering Hours)

  • Achieved 1 PCVH by driving employee engagement through innovative volunteering initiatives such as Volunteering Mela and Plant-a-Sapling
  • Launched the ‘Change Maker’ Awards to recognize excellence and foster a culture of appreciation and participation
  • To achieve the planned targets, volunteering opportunities have been created for Q4 through initiatives such as Pro Engage, TVW, EOI, and COI

Lead the Group in Unique Volunteers — Target: 40% Participation

  • Achieved 31% participation through diverse activities including in-house volunteering, Pro engage and EOI
  • By the end of FY 26, plans to achieve the target are in place

Implement an Annual Volunteering Calendar

  • Delivered structured programs such as TVW, company led initiatives, Pro-Engage (12) and EOI (4).
  • Resulted in 1445+ volunteering hours and positively impacting over 2400 beneficiaries
